Are you healthy enough to donate?

  1. Feel healthy today.
  2. Your weight is not below than 45kg.
  3. Consider no drugs, antibiotic for a week ago.
  4. Had not drink alcohol.
  5. You had a well sleep for at least 5 hours a night.
  6. Not having serious disease including asthma, high-blood pressure, diabetes and fits (hysterics).
  7. You are 18 – 60 years old.
  8. For woman, ensure that you are not pregnant, breast-feeding and menstruate.

If you performed the terms as above, you are qualified to donate your blood.  Give a hand for everybody’s sake.
